- Member savings apply to eligible service categories only. Third-party fees, holiday premiums, and specialty add-ons are excluded.
- Emergency, urgent-priority, and after-hours surcharges are set separately and are not discounted by membership.
- PawPass does not replace veterinary care. Medical decisions always stay with your licensed vet.

PawPass is a monthly membership billed through Stripe. Membership benefits apply only while your account is active and in good standing. Tier availability, member savings, and included benefits may adjust over time; changes are communicated by your Concierge before they affect your care.
