Member savings apply to eligible walks and drop-in visits only, up to each tier's monthly savings cap. Overnight, continuous care, transportation, premiums and third-party fees are not discounted. Cancel or change tiers anytime — your Concierge stays in the loop.

  • PawPass is not a service credit or bundle — it's a membership that unlocks priority and savings on eligible services.
  • Member savings apply to eligible service categories only. Third-party fees, holiday premiums, and specialty add-ons are excluded.
  • Emergency, urgent-priority, and after-hours surcharges are set separately and are not discounted by membership.
  • PawPass does not replace veterinary care. Medical decisions always stay with your licensed vet.

How Concierge activates PawPass

PawPass is a monthly membership billed through Stripe. Membership benefits apply only while your account is active and in good standing. Tier availability, member savings, and included benefits may adjust over time; changes are communicated by your Concierge before they affect your care. Nothing on this page constitutes veterinary, medical, or emergency advice — medical decisions always remain with your licensed veterinarian.
