1. Information we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, address, household details.
- Pet profiles: pet name, breed, temperament, medical notes, medications, vaccinations.
- Bookings & communications: service requests, concierge messages, visit reports.
- Payments: processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical: device, browser, IP address, essential cookies for authentication.
2. How we use information
To coordinate care, staff providers, process payments, communicate about your account, provide BLU Concierge guidance, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information only with the care specialists and certified partners assigned to your bookings, and with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payments, hosting, email delivery, analytics performed on aggregate data). Providers are contractually required to protect your information.
4. Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting BLU Concierge.
- Manage marketing preferences from your account settings.
- Opt out of essential communications by closing your account.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and audit logging for sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure — contact us immediately if you suspect a security issue.
7. Children
The platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
9. SMS and mobile information
If you opt in to text messages from ATL Pet Care Partners, we use your mobile number to send booking confirmations, Meet & Greet updates, appointment reminders, service-status updates, pet-care notifications, customer-support conversations, and BLU Concierge communications.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support delivery of the requested services, such as messaging, hosting, customer support, and platform operations. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
