How to prepare
Have these ready
- Have your pet's food, leash, and any medications visible.
- Share access details — building, gate code, lockbox, alarm system.
- Note any behavior around new visitors, other pets, or specific triggers.
- List two emergency contacts and your preferred veterinarian.

What to expect
After you request a Meet & Greet, your Concierge will confirm coverage, propose a time, and introduce you to your matched Care Specialist. Most Meet & Greets take about 30 minutes.
