Proposed commission terms

The booking household’s verified PawPass tier determines the proposed commission, not an operator paid plan. Approved core participation is free: no onboarding fee, no monthly minimum. No PawPass purchase or Growth plan is required for professionals to receive ordinary opportunities, accept work, communicate, report care, keep records or get paid. Work volume and earnings are not guaranteed. Payout timing is separate from release approval.

The retained service amount is before the operator’s own business costs and taxes. It is not profit or a guarantee of earnings.

The base is the eligible service subtotal before company-funded discounts. Tax, all tips, authorized pass-through costs and any separately approved coordination fee are excluded. All tips belong to the operator. Ordinary payment processing and support are company expenses, not hidden deductions. Separately approved coordination is not activated by this proposal.

Verified lower applicable agreements are honored within their scope. Existing agreements, accepted work and pay remain protected. Fees and net earnings will be shown before acceptance when released. Partner Businesses identify a named, individually qualified person for each assignment; organization approval alone does not qualify every staff member.

Proposed payout target: release within 2 business days after verified completion, available funds and processor restrictions permit. Earned, approved, released and bank received are distinct states. Bank arrival is not guaranteed. Internal employee payroll remains separate.
